Welcome to the Jackson County Data Network of Michigan!

The Jackson County Data Network (JCDN) provides a centralized source of current and comparative information on Jackson County to assist and enhance planning and research.  It contains data provided by numerous local agencies and organizations as well as links to state, federal, and other data resources.

The network provides grant writers, planners, researchers and funders with quick access to authoritative data while opening up opportunities to collaborate with other organizations in seeking solutions to the many economic, educational and social challenges that face Jackson County.

An advisory committee, comprised of representatives from the United Way of Jackson County; Allegiance Health; Jackson Nonprofit Support Center; Jackson Area Manufacturers Association; Aware, Inc.; South Central Michigan Chapter of the American Red Cross and many others as well as the library, meets periodically to review the project. Many other organizations have contributed along the way.
